    Recipe Shirin's step-by-step recipe for an amazing Shirazi Faloodeh.

    Step 1

    INGREDIENTS: ☑️ 100g rice noodle OR glass noodle ☑️ 300ml (1 cup) water ☑️ 1/2 cup sugar ☑️ Fresh lime juice ☑️ Sour cherry/cherry syrup/jam ☑️ 1/4 cup rose water OR vanilla essence

    Step 2

    Boil 300ml water + 1/2 cup sugar. Let it chill, then add 1/4 cup rose water or vanilla essence.

    Step 3

    Pour this mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer for two hours.

    Step 4

    After two hours, take it out of the freezer, crush ice pieces, and mix well to have a soft mixture. Then put it back into the freezer for another one hour.

    Step 5

    Cook 100g rice noodles or glass noodles according to the package direction.

    Step 6

    Drain the noodles and run cold water over them.

    Step 7

    Bring the sugar mixture from the freezer and mix it well.

    Step 8

    Cut the noodles, mix them with the frozen mixture, and put them back in the freezer for 30 minutes.

    Step 9

    After 30 minutes, it is ready, and you can serve it with lime juice, cherry syrup and ice cream.
