    This Mango Chia Pudding is a healthy dessert and easy to make.

    Step 1

    INGREDIENTS: ☑️ 1 large mango ☑️ Almond or dairy milk (full fat or low fat) 1 cup ☑️ Chia seeds 1/2 cup ☑️ Vanilla (extract or powder) 1 tsp ☑️ Honey or maple syrup 2 tsp

    Step 2

    Pour 1/2 cup of chia seeds into a jar, add 2tsp honey or maple syrup, 1tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder, and one cup of milk; put the cap on and shake it well, then put it in the fridge for one hour. ( shake it twice during the first half an hour before you take it out.)

    Step 3

    Slice or mash the mango. And fill slightly over half a serving cup with mashed mango.

    Step 4

    After one hour, bring the chia seeds mixture and pour it on top of the mashed mango.

    Step 5

    Serve and enjoy!
