    This Mixed Herbs Frittata recipe is simple, and the result is tasty.

    Step 1

    INGREDIENTS: ☑️ Salt 1.5 tsp ☑️ Black pepper 1 tsp ☑️ Turmeric 1 tsp ☑️ Plain flour 4 full tbsp (70 g) ☑️ Chopped walnuts 4 tbsp ☑️ Fresh scallion 150g ☑️ Fresh chives 100g ☑️ Fresh coriander 80g ☑️ Fresh parsley 80g ☑️ Fresh dill 80g ☑️ 4 eggs ☑️ Oil 4 tbsp

    Step 2

    Clean and wash the fresh herbs and the scallions, then chop them.

    Step 3

    In a big bowl, mix chopped herbs and scallions. Add four eggs and mix well. Then add 4tbsp plain flour. Add salt, pepper, turmeric and 4 tbsp chopped walnuts.

    Step 4

    Put a 30cm non-stick pan over medium-high heat, and add 4tbsp oil. When the oil is hot enough, pour the mixture and spread it evenly.

    Step 5

    Put a lid on, and let it cook gently for the first 15 minutes over medium-high heat.

    Step 6

    After 15 minutes, remove the lid, turn the heat to medium, and fry for about 5 minutes. Divide it into quarters and fry for another 5 minutes.

    Step 7

    Flip them over and let the other side fry for 15-20 minutes. When both sides are golden, it is ready to serve.

    Step 8
