    This Easy Cabbage Fried Rice recipe is one of our popular meals. A family's favourite cabbage-fried rice for your next dinner!

    Step 1

    INGREDIENTS: ☑️ 2 cups rice ☑️ 1 small onion ☑️ 600g minced beef ☑️ 1 small white cabbage ☑️ 3 tbsp dried/fresh tarragon ☑️ 50g dried/fresh dill ☑️ 3 tsp salt ☑️ 1 tsp black pepper powder ☑️ 1 tsp turmeric ☑️ 2 tbsp butter ☑️ 4 tbsp oil

    Step 2

    In a pot over high heat, pour 2 cups water and add 2 cups rice, 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp butter; bring it to boil, then turn the heat to low and cook for 35-40 minutes.

    Step 3

    In a bowl, grate one small onion, and mix it with 600g minced beef. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper. Knead the mixture until it sticks together well. Put a lid on and set it aside.

    Step 4

    Grate or chop one small cabbage into thin pieces and set it aside.

    Step 5

    Now bring the meat mixture and make small balls with all the mix, then fry them in a pan with 2 tbsp oil over medium heat. Then add 100ml water and cook them until all the water absorb.

    Step 6

    Fry chopped cabbage with 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Then add 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp tarragon and 50g dill. Mix it with fried and cooked meatballs.

    Step 7

    In the end, add the cups of cooked rice and mix and fry for about five minutes.

    Step 8

    Serve and enjoy!
